Booking Policy

This policy sets out the booking arrangements currently described by TP Reset Studio. Your individual quote and agreed scope should be read alongside it.

Initial enquiry and quote

After an initial enquiry, Tamz may ask which service you are interested in and request photographs of the space. If you are local, a home visit may be arranged where needed. This helps assess the space, likely time required and provide an appropriate quote.

Securing your booking

A 20% deposit is required to secure a booking. The remaining balance can be paid by cash on the day or by bank transfer before the appointment.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Once an appointment is confirmed, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This gives TP Reset Studio an opportunity to offer the appointment to another client.

Session times

Every home and project is different. Any time estimate is based on the information available before the session and may need to change as the work progresses. Where possible, this will be discussed with you.

Decluttering decisions

The aim is to help you make your space more functional and manageable. Decisions about what to keep, donate, sell, recycle or dispose of remain yours. You do not need to tidy before the appointment.

Access and safety

Please make sure TP Reset Studio can safely access the agreed work areas. Tell Tamz in advance about anything that could affect safe working or access to the property.

Photographs and marketing

Before-and-after photographs or video may be taken during a session. Permission will be requested before photographs or video are used for marketing purposes.

Travel

TP Reset Studio is UK based. Travel and availability can be discussed when you enquire. Any travel arrangements or charges will be confirmed in your quote before booking.

Your quote

If an individual written quote or booking confirmation contains project-specific terms, those details should be checked carefully before you pay the deposit. Ask about anything that is unclear before confirming the booking.
