TP Reset Studio is a UK-based home decluttering and organising service. This notice explains how personal information is handled when you enquire about or book a service.

Information we may collect

When you contact TP Reset Studio, we may receive your name, email address, telephone number, address or general location, details about the space or service you need, photographs you choose to provide, appointment information and payment or booking records.

Why we use it

We use information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, arrange and deliver services, manage bookings and payments, keep appropriate business records, and communicate with you about your project.

Our lawful basis

Information needed to discuss, arrange or provide a service is generally used because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract or to perform a contract. Some records may also be retained where necessary to meet legal obligations or legitimate business interests. Where we rely on consent — for example, permission to use identifiable client photographs for marketing — you can withdraw that consent.

Photographs and video

Before-and-after photographs or video may be taken as part of a project. TP Reset Studio will ask permission before using identifiable client photographs or video for marketing or social media. Declining marketing use does not prevent you from using the organising service.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. Website enquiries are processed using FormSubmit so that the information you enter can be forwarded to tp.resetstudio@gmail.com. FormSubmit states that form submissions are retained for 30 days. Information may also be shared where reasonably necessary with other service providers used to operate the business, where you ask us to do so, or where disclosure is required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

Information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, including any accounting, tax, legal or dispute-resolution requirements. Enquiries that do not become bookings should not be retained indefinitely.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you may have rights to access, correct or erase personal data, restrict or object to certain processing, and receive a copy of certain information. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
